a country garden EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTRES provide Outside School Hours Care for all primary-aged children.

OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOURS CARE PROGRAM

Before School Care (6:00am to 9:00am)

1. Children do quiet activities during this time
   
   
2. A courtesy transport service is provided to the school

After school Hours Care (3:00pm to 6:00pm)

1. Courtesy transport is provided from the school to the centre
   
   
2. A comprehensive program is provided including indoor activities/games; homework supervision; outdoor play time
   
   
3. Afternoon tea is provided as a part of the service

Holiday Club (School Holidays and Pupil Free Days)

1. A full excursion program is offered for school holidays and pupil free days. Activities include: swimming, rock-climbing, ten-pin bowling, lawn bowls, roller-skating, movies, tennis, park activities, library, outdoor sport (Activities are location specific – ask your centre for details)
   
   
2. Lunch is provided as a part of the service (parents may be required to provide food for children with special dietary needs)

What children need for excursions:

Children need:

1. to wear t-shirts with sleeves;
   
2. to wear closed shoes (eg. Sneakers);
   
3. to bring swimming togs and towel if going swimming;
   
4. to bring a drink bottle;
   
5. to bring 2 pieces of fruit for morning/afternoon tea;
   
6. the ability to listen to the teacher’s instructions; and
   
7. the ability to respect each other
