The staff of a country garden EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTRES are chosen for their commitment to their profession and to our philosophy of Montessori early childhood education. Our teachers plan developmental programs for each child, according to the Australian Early Childhood Code of Ethics and the National Childcare Association Council’s national standards.

In-house Training

Each month an in-house training session is held at the centre to assist staff in keeping abreast of the childcare regulations and accreditation standards.

In addition to this, each quarter a country garden EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTRES provide a Montessori workshop on site for staff’s professional development.

Staff Qualifications

All staff are appropriately qualified for the position for which they are encumbered. Qualifications are specified under the Child Care Act 2002 and are as follows:
